All teams requiring accommodations must book through 2006 CCWC Housing Bureau at one of the preferred hotels.
Please download and fill out the Accommodation Registration Form below. This form must then be emailed to 2006 CCWC Housing Bureau or faxed to +1 (416)203-8477. No telephone reservations will be accepted. |

Hotel Room Requests |
- Please review details of each hotel carefully prior to booking as requirements of each may vary.
- Please use as many copies of the Accommodation Registration Form as required.
- Only 1 room may be requested under each name.
- You will receive an acknowledgement of each hotel reservation via email or fax. This acknowledgement will also act as Hotel Confirmation. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies |
A deposit of first night rate plus tax is required for each room, before the reservation(s) will be processed. On-line registrants must use Credit Cards only. Cheques are to be made payable to the 2006 CCWC Housing Bureau. Cheques will be cashed by your assigned hotel, and the amount credited to the hotel bill. Credit Cards will act as a late-arrival guarantee only, and full balance of the hotel costs are due upon check-out. |
Changes & Cancellations |
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the 2006 CCWC Housing Bureau via one of the following methods: |
